Models are on the move! This is your place to post where, when, and what time you, your teams, coaches and supporters are getting together to exercise. When posting a comment, please include the date, time, and location of the activity, and anything participants need to bring (i.e., stretch bands, towels, tennis rackets, helmets, etc.) Also, please provide a contact name and number. Schedules can change quickly, so please be sure to post under the correct week…each and every week!

    Day Kimball HealthCare Integrative Medicine department is having classes from January 8th through March 26, 2013 (Tuesdays) from 6:30-8:00 pm at the DKH Plainfield Health Center Community Room 12 Lathrop Rd. in Plainfield CT.
    The goal of this program is to provide participants a variety of physical activities to improve body tone and conditioning during the ‘doldrun’ months of winter. The design of each program includes the successful “Follow the Fifty” buddy approach to exercise to provide that extra support and motivation we all need to maintain a fun, result producing, fitness based lifestyle. The program provides a personal trainer to guide you through a 12 week progressive exercise program designed to improve strength, cardio, flexibility and overall health. This will be taught by Adam Bonitz, a combat veteran.
    at this time, I believe it is only available to DKH Employees, but we are looking for coaches so contact Robin Thompson at DKH Integrative Medicine (860)928-6541 ext. 2095 ot rthompson@daykimball.org for more information on this program.
